Missing Work & Late Work Reminders
- If assignments are turned in early, bonus points will be added.
- If assignments are late, ½ of a letter grade will be deducted for each day it is past due.
- If assignments are more than 2 days past due, they will not be accepted.
- If you are absent and an assignment is late – you must have Acceptable Documentation [written parent note (no e-mail), doctor’s note, school letter, etc.]. The determination of the grade will be on a case-by-case basis.
- Field Trips, College Visits, Guidance Meetings, etc. are not an excuse from turning assignments in early or on time. If you are leaving the school grounds, put the work in my mailbox. South Tower – Room 210.
- A Music Lesson is not an acceptable excuse for missing an exam/quiz or from turning assignments in early or on time.
- Make-up work and extra-credit assignments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
