TASK: Assume the role of director and cut the following scene. You must make decisions as to what can be eliminated without ruining the scene. You must consider what is essential and must be communicated to an audience.- You may only CUT – you may NOT ADD.
- USE PENCIL to begin and then make your CUTS permanent in light ink.
- You must cut AT LEAST ONE-THIRD to ONE-HALF of the script.

- Complete the assignment and bring in the cut script.
